Hey my sisters Samsung just craped out so I gave her my spare. Unlocked z10. She put her bell sim in but only voice will work internet is not working I don't know what to do

You're with Bell Canada?

Bell requires a BlackBerry plan for BlackBerry phones.

Two way to fix this

Call Bell to change the plan
Or
Change the APN settings to pda2.bell.net

I am not with bell I have telus. I had an iPhone so I just swap the sim and worked fine. My sister however is with bell. Her s3 won't stop turning off. So I had loaned her my spare z10. I will try changing the app. See if that works

Ya that's news to me everything worked on the phone but Internet wifi calling all good but no mobile Internet. Ya I thought bb10 was like a regular phone.

It is like regular phone but for some reason Bell still use a different APN for BlackBerry 10 phones
