help me out my phone requires an ID which was used when setting it up which i dont have.

i cant download any app from the blackberry platform yet i have created an ID, however it shows that the blackberry protect anti-theft feature is on.please sign in with the blackberry ID that was used to set up this device, which i dont know gays help me out
