Hello i have a BlackBerry q10 and it have already a BlackBerry id account, my brother doesnt remenber the id password and i want to change it to syc the q10 with my BlackBerry id account. I did try to change it but i cant because i need the password from my brothers account and as i told you before he cant get it or Remember. What should i do?

Then you are out of luck, that's why its there for security.

Ask your brother if he has the original BBerry verification email from when he set up the account. The password will be there.

Unfortunately this is BlackBerry security at work here. You can only reset the username or password is you know them both. Best thing to do, if Factory reset the device (back up first) and then install BBID from scratch
