Passport because of spec. Classic is also a very good phone if you're not interested in spec. You couldn't go wrong with either phone.

I would think the classic unless you want a bigger screen.

If you're used to slabs and have no particular history or need for a physical keyboard, you should consider the Z30 too.

From what I've seen and read, both are stellar devices. However, the Passport has a screen designed for your intended use.

If you get the opportunity, I would suggest trying both of them to see which one suits your needs best.

There is another thread asking the same question. I don't know how to attach the link to this thread. It's called Passport or Classic.

When I was your age I was eating dirt and climbing trees! Nevermind, now get on the BlackBerry train and get yourself a passport. Best phone I ever had unless you want the classic look of the Classic!

Passport might be too big for you. It is your choice. People will be shocked to such device in a school. Buy it. It will be great.

Fourteen years old and already "tired of iPhones and Androids..." and now wanting a Blackberry?

You have too much time on your hands.

Hi there - if you're based in Canada I can help you with the Passport purchase. Please create a profile and ping me.

I would choose the Passport over the Classic just for the screen size. Neither device is really a one-handed thing ; To be productive on a reall keyboard you need to use both thumbs.

Either handset can take up to an additional 128gb micro SD card which would allow you to carry your entire iTunes or other music collection as well as videos, pictures, & whatever.

The Passport gets more attention, btw: You'll find that you stand out and people will ask you more about the Passport than any other phone.

We all were waiting for 27, how come a 14 grab the show, my child, passport is a better phone if your hands can hold and your tailor has to increase the size of your pocket to carry it.

I say Passport. If you can handle the size. You're smartphone needs might change and I think the better hardware and bigger size should accommodate any changes in usage.

Just pleased that at least one 14 year old is not brainwashed or peer pressured into following the herd. Had my PP since first available in UK and don't want any other

Passport or Z10, whichever is nearest

I'd have to say between the two the Passport is a MUCH better device... so as long as the size isn't an issue, it would be my choice (between the two).
