[CrackBerry Question]

Like I said, my phone is BlackBerry Q10, with Os: 10.3.2.556. It wasn't like this before, this is a recent development. When I'm done selecting songs from my music and I try to save it says "an error occurred while saving the play list" pls help

Have you tried resetting the phone? Or if that does not work, you can try installing a later OS, like the latest leak perhaps - 10.3.2.2639.

Reboot that phone like it owes you money!

You might need to do an OS re-install, but the thing probably just needs a batt pull.
