My Q10 is not updating to yhe latest version have tried all I could is till given me the old version please hw can I do it.

Follow the directions in my signature about upgrading with an autoloader. Get the file you want from here:

just remember if you choose a 10.3.2 OS you cannot go back to something older

I will advice you not to force the updates. The last time I did, it took me weeks before I rectified the problem when my phone could not read any sim. Wait till they push it to your phone. They pushed mine to me last week after series of effort to force it but I am now on OS 10.3.2.556.

Your's is the only case I've seen that happen. Let people choose to do what they want. I know many users who load every OS before it comes OTA and never had any issues. Including me. Never.
