Cannot seem to find a desktop manager, is there another way to ansfer photos?

Use a cloud service....

1) makes sure your photos are always backed up, incase you lose your phone.
2) makes it easy to access them from multiple devices.


That said you could also just plug in your USB cable and when that happens you should get a pop up asking if your just charging or share files. I do the MTP and then my phone shows up in This PC as two drives.

hello Do you have a file Manager app installed on your device. A good one is file Manager by ASUS on playstore. You can create a folder and move them there..etc

You can connect via USB cable your PRIV to laptop. A menu will appear if you can to charge, share, etc. You can then have access to your file where you saved your photos.
