    Hi,

Am having trouble with dealing my random issue of a Blue LED as is explained in Blaize's article titled "Having 'Blue LED' errors on your BlackBerry 10 device? Here's how to fix it!"

Am connected to both Blackberry Blend and Blackberry Link.

Both show my Q10 as fully connected to my Windows 7 PC.

But when I follow directions -- "double click zip file and then double click exe file" -- a window pops up and tells me "No Blackberry found. Please connect your Blackberry to a PC."

Both Blend and Link are telling me I am connected and a quick check on whether I am running the latest OS informs that I am.

Am running the legit version of 10.3.1 downloaded via my carrier.

Any ideas as to why I am getting the persistent "No Blackberry found" message?

    Many thanks.
