    Had Q10 peviously with email set up with no problem . Emailaddress was bt.connect.com. However, bt connect has now been superseded at bt by office 365. unable to set up on new Q10, Bt tell me there is no problem but blackberry not recognising server or settings. Email is coming down ok to laptop but not phone. Help please

    You might need to manually enter the server address... check to see what server your laptop is connected to.
