Your Network Carrier is responsible for you Voice mail. It's them who control it. Call them, as the phone can not delete them because you have to call your voice mail which is connected to your network and select it to delete the message. You can also set it to delete voice mail messages after you listen to them automatically on somme networks. So either call your network or call your voice mail and go through the settings yourself.
