    My alarm was set for 8:30. Clock on home screen frozen at 12:35. Had to remove battery to reset. Has anyone else had this problem?

    If it's already installed: did you download any new apps recently? That could have caused a problem.
    Also,just as you do with your home PC, it's important to reboot your mobile device often.

    I've NEVER had any issues with my Z10 or Passport and I reboot every single evening before I set it on the charging stand and whenever I download or update an app.
