Has anyone been able to use Playbook Video Chat from 10.3?

Has anyone been able to see the "Playbook Video Chat" option on 10.3 Passport or Classic?

I found this feature useful but it does not seem to be included on my Classic.

I can call the BB10 device from the Playbook but cannot call the Playbook from the BB10 device unless I return the call made by the playbook.

Am I crazy?

For me, I opened a chat to another passport user and tapped the little video icon in the top right corner - it then asks me for bbm audio or bbm video chat.

Mind you I use Skype so no idea how good it is on 10.3. Checked on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1418

OS 10.3.1.1151: destructive 821 > upg 800 > upg 938 > delta 1016 > upg 10.3.1.1151

Being that the PB is a dead product. They may have removed support as the old PB software may not play nice with the new software. #jat

It plays fine with z10 10.3.1
Video is sideways with passport 10.3.1.1154
Voice works flawlessly with both

Just to clarify, I am curious if anyone has been able to call a Playbook on video chat with BB10 10.3

The technical support still says it's possible but not working for me.

+ only works if PlayBook initiates the call, not the other way around

Create a contact for your playbook in your phone contacts and add the playbook pin number where the BBM pin should be. Once saved, you should see the video chat icon appear if connected to wifi.

It's there (and active/ green), but PlayBook doesn't ring when called :s

The only way I can call the playbook is to tap the call notification from a previous playbook call in the hub, but this does not show contact name or allow me to save pin.

My mom's Q10 with 10.2 still shows a separate "Playbook Video Chat" option in the contact profile.
