    How to do hard reset? Does this brings phone to normal? What will happen to os?

    A hard reset just refresh's your device, you will lose nothing, if you have a stl100-1 use the power button, if any other model use the volume up and down buttons together and hold until you see the blue loading circle.

    Stl100-1 use power button,

    Stl100-2,3,4,use volume buttons together.
