    I use a Q10 and it functions fine. A friend brought home anoda Q10 that hangs after a while then restarts. After anoda 5mins, it freezes again then restarts. I reinstalled d OS 4 him, same story

    Check to see if battery is loose. A piece of card paper behind the battery might help. If your friend wants they can return if they still have warranty.

    It's not d battery, it hangs then restarts. It does not just go off. Asides returning it, which tool can I use 2 fix it, could it b a virus

    If the OS is fresh, no restore done and it still does it then I would think defective hardware. Return it. Sounds like one of things that just shouldn't happen. Good luck.
