    Native or Android? What OS version (exactly)? Did you do anything lately? Have you rebooted?

    1) Reboot your phone, if that doesn't fix it 2) reload the OS and don't restore any old info, start fresh.

    I use to reboot my Z10 once a day... and do a clean install of the OS every 4 - 6 months. Always amazed me how quick it was when it was "fresh".
