Hamburg was never a keyboard phone, it became the DTEK50. The Rome was supposed to be the keyboard phone, although it's never been more than rumor, rumors that say an early 2017 release.

That is, assuming BlackBerry can convince Alcatel/someone else to put out a phone with a physical keyboard. If they can't, then the Priv is the swan song of physical keyboards on phones.

Hopefully BlackBerry will reveal more info in the Q&A. Perhaps they have licensed the pkb to someone else, or perhaps they already completed the internal design and development of the device.

    I sincerely hope so
But if they can't convince any of their 'partners' to build a PKB phone, it would mean even if they have already designed the Mercury, it could be the last keyboard phone.
    That would be sad.
