    Cannot import from Outlook any ideas?The strange thing is some contacts did import but otherwise it shows me a failure notice

    BlackBerrys are really designed now to sync with cloud services like Outlook.com. If you set up your Outlook email address from a web-based Outlook account the contacts should stream to your device. Local sync via a data cable is much tougher these days.
