1. nope installing google+ to use it to backup coc isn't possible.
2. depending on what os you are on, you can use link to back up the android app data only (not sure if this is 10.3 os only) and then restore it when your finished with what your doing.
My version os is 10.2, must waiting the blackberry 10.3 :D
