    I have installed working google play store on z10 but when I try to run some apps which I downloaded from play store why they are crashing on startup?? Why I use plat store on bb10 while I can use snap, those apps are crashed also in snap. How do i resolve this issue??

    Not much over Snap. Although it saves a step if you want to purchase an app - you can do it from your device instead of the computer.
