    I'm perhaps missing something, I've got a z10.2, im trying to get Google play store on I have downloaded everything even the patches and Google settings. Though every time I try downloading it say " Unfortunately google play store will close now". Oh yes I don't have wifi and 99% of the time I use data, cud that be the problem or is it something else. And if it is there any way I can use my data instead of wifi. Thanx

    OS 10.2 is not supported (the Android Download Manager part of the Android Runtime is not fully functional). The only way is to update your device to 10.3.

    I can't install Google Play Store! When I want to install Google account manager it tells me "unable to install this app". What should I do? I have a Z10 running 10.3.1.

    hi i used the patch tool and succeeded to install hangouts but it is not connecting. signing is fails getting error try again later. can you help. I am using BB passport 10.3

    Have you allowed "install from other sources" in app manager?
