    I have install 3 apps to have access to Google play store and it was successful. I was able to install clash of clans as well. But when I want to sign in to my google+ to link my game on my account, I was ask to install google play services. Download was successful and the installation did not go through... it says "unable to install this app". Please help.

    Unfortunately it is not and you won't be able to sign into G+.
