    Just got the new blackberry classic and trying to find how to get the google icon onto the icons page to enable me to go straight through to search from there but cant find it can anyone help

    You can set Google search as your default for your BlackBerry browser. No need for a separate icon.

    Do you mean that. you want an icon on your home screen that will take you to Google search through the BlackBerry browser? I did what jstirzinger said, but I used an app called docushortcut to do the same thing, but with the ability to use your own icon file instead of the Web page icon the browser puts by default. So now I have a Google icon as my Web browser.
