How is customer service? How good or bad do they handle obvious warranty issues?

Any other problems?

I am asking because I read a lot of threads where shop.blackberry is some kind of symbol for bad customer service with very poor warranty handling.

don't know about Germany but I feel that you will be connected to somewhere in the Far East and after hanging on the phone for an hour or so they MIGHT authorise a replacement or a repair...but...they are VERY inefficient and will promise you the moon...I am still waiting for my replacement phone after 10 days and as I am going to the States tomorrow so I will have to waste more time when I return..they take your money fast enough ..this is for a Z10 in warranty bought from the Blackberry shop ..I am in the UK

Ich kaufe meine Blackberry's normalerweise via Amazon, bis jetzt gab's noch keine Probleme.
W�rde es einfach beim Mobilfunkanbieter oder eben bei Amazon kaufen, wenn ShopBlackBerry in den Staaten schon nicht so gut ist, wird das bei uns nicht recht viel besser sein... :-(

Normalerweise kaufe ich auch nur bei Amazon. Aber eben auch nur direkt von Amazon. Das PP Silver Edition gibt es da aber nur von anderen H�ndlern. Deswegen w�rde ich gerne direkt bei BlackBerry bestellen.
