    Did you TYPE the word Blackberry when asked?

    It should wipe the phone and delete all data and allow you to start fresh, I believe.

    Unless you are on 10.3.2 and have BlackBerry Protect enabled - in which case, you cannot recover unless you know your BlackBerry ID and password.

    I wonder how many people that is going to bite!!!! Sometimes there are weeks on end when I don't have to enter either of those items. I wonder if there's going to be BB support to bypass the limitation if you can prove the phone is actually yours.

    Maybe there will. Maybe blackberry helps on twitter maybe knows or has a way to bypass
