    Hi all

    I have a Q10 which refuses to stay synced to My Ford Touch. I have deleted and reinstalled many times, taken the battery out and put it back in, , reset the sync system, have all the latest updates you name it I have tried it. When I start the car it syncs and then disconnects after about 30 seconds. Then it keeps going through this pattern of syncing and disconnecting. If I can't get this fixed I am either getting rid of the Ford or the Blackberry - not sure which.

    Doesn't Matter
    Are you using the "my car" option? If so try not using that.
