Not possible for any language.
The square-ish Arabic font design in 10.3 and above is more in line with the physical keyboard. Even third party keyboards have the same design for all similar languages.
It won't be changed in the upcoming BOS versions ?

I really don't think so because the API developers are using have the same design, example the soft keyboard 'Silent Keys'.
