font looks crazy

After the update to 10.3.1.1154 from 10.2.1.3214 the arabic keyboard in my Z3 Looks crazy. I don't know why. Help me with this. I can't even understand it properly let alone typing in it.

Also some of the letters in the keyboard have changed position. Even some letters in second row are now in the third row. What has happened?

They've changed the font I think... Try the latest update? I cannot even read that properly.

I believe they've changed the font. I have no idea how the normal characters look like so I can't help there. Just thought I'd bring up that some of the font has changed.

The keyboard looks so wrong!

They were messing w/ the Arabic keypad since the last two leaks but changing positions is just blah. The font's design is here to stay I am presuming and from what I have read across threads, native Arab speakers dislike it.

However, one thing I have noticed, in an email the subject is displayed in the new design and the body in old. I don't think we can do much about it, except hope it's 'fixed' in the official release.

LOL! Probably, if you are not aware of the alphabets!

Personally, I like the current set-up (it's more in line w/ the alphabets on the hardware keyboard) but I am just an Arabic language student so I zip it with my opinion lol

Then what is this keyboard? It also looks like arabic and letters are in the order they were in 10.2.1. I can't understand the name given to it. In Add/Remove languages option you will find this language.
I'm loved the arabic font in 10.2.1. It was much better than other phones. But this new font is aweful. It even took me some time to recognise the letters.

It is Arabic, it is named Al-'Arabia?

The reason for misplaced letters is single alphabets on each key. The square design of the alphabets resemble the hardware key letters soooo... nothing we can do.
