    Flash videos in web pages are not playing in my Z3. Look at the two screen shots.
    This is Z10(10.2)

    I can't understand why there is no flash player in Z3. Can I do anything to watch flash videos in my Z3?

    Because BlackBerry sadly decided to drop Flash support with BB 10.3.1.x.

    Edit: You could install an Android web browser with Flash support and the Flash APK but I doubt it would give you a similar good result as the stock browser on OS 10.2.1.

    As of 10.3.1+, BlackBerry has dropped the use of flash on their browsers, explaining that Adobe has dropped all support of flash on mobile devices.
