[CrackBerry Question]

I have a BlackBerry z30 and I suddenly giving n lot of trouble. Firstly even after charging my phone to 100% and from the moment I remove it from charging the battery start to decrease. Like even if I'm not touching my phone it still drains. Like last night it was 82% when I put it down and in the morning it was 32%.
2nd android sideloaded apps are not deleting. Even if I'm able to delete them through BlackBerry App manager, they do go away but along with that one app all my android apps stops to work...like seriously they stop running. And that deleted app still shows in playstore as installed. So really irritated with it and I have too many extra apps in my phone and if I want to delete then I will have to restore my phone to be able to use android apps. Please Help!!

Sounds like you need to wipe your phone, reload your OS and install only the android apps you really want. Too many android apps on your Z30 will drain your battery. You need to clean them all off first and control how many you put on your phone

This is a known issue I forgot what the title is but I too had the same problem with mines as well and I installed an app to eliminate the problem.
I think it's Android runtime you need to download. There is an app within the Blackberry app store that you can download if you can't find the app there look for the issue on this site and the link will take you to the app store.
