I recently bought the KEYnote and I download my files from my DTEK to Google cloud. I thought when I downloaded the files in cloud to my new KEYnote all will be transferred, but realized some info (contacts phone number) are missing.
    What am I doing wrong.
Also when in the car although I paired the Bluetooth, but the player cannot be paired??
    Answers appreciated.

Your contacts should be associated with an online service like GMail or Outlook.com That way they will automatically be loaded onto your K1 when you set up that account.

Just make sure you don't have any Local contacts on your DTEK and that the default Contacts account is an online account. That way any new contacts will automatically be associated with your online account.
