For some reason, I can't seem to see my desktop files in my file manager for either my Z10 and Passport. My Link and Blend work. Anybody know of a walk-through that can help link the desktop files with my file manager?

By desktop you mean your PC?
You do that through RFA. It needs to be checked on in Link and on your phone. You should see the designated file folders on your phone under file manager.

I have a similar problem. My Remote File Access worked most of the time until I received an automatic upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security on my Windows 7 laptop. Now, even though everything is properly set up on my phone and on my laptop, including Link, I can no longer access my computer files from my Z10. The computer shows up in phone settings for BlackBerry Link but when clicked, the message says can't access files on my PC. The PC no longer shows up in the File Manager.

That's a lot like my issue. In my case though, my PC is listed in my file manager. When I select it, I get an endless loop - you know the circle that turns all the time. It searching but not finding the computer. I've got the RFA on so I'm wondering if this is a firewall issue of some sort.

Exactly the same problem here. It used to work on on my Z10 and I haven't changed anything on the computer so I'm nonplussed right now.
