    Who should I contact to get info re how to get my voice translator working again? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and lost all of my bookmatks. Any way to get these back? Thanks.

    Did you back up your phone in the past? If you did you could restore the app with all your bookmarks.

    Any backup I have is pretty old and so I would not have most of my bookmarks. Any tips on getting my voice translator to work? Thanks.

    Is it an app from BlackBerry World? If if is it should work. Where did you get the app?

    Sorry, can't be much help with that app, but can you not try a different app? I have used Translator (Microsoft) from Google Play Store, and it was really good on my Passport. I see Tao Translator in BBW as well, but I've never used it (seems to have good reviews).

    I am using Bing translator now. But paid for the Premium version of FancyTran. I've been robbed. Arrrgghh!

    It's possible they are out of business, I have found there website no longer works, not sure about the email, it's worth a shot, it's support(at)fancyapps(dot)net (replace the @ and . of course )

    @rhondaberry21 The best thing to do would have been to contact the developer: Fancyapps.net But they are gone. It seems that the Activation that allowed you the premium features of the app was based on codes stored on the developer's main site: Fancyapps.net. Maybe with the demise of his website codes are not being maintained (and doesn't look like new codes can be generated).

    The two apps that this developer created are dead in regards to their premium levels of access.

    I just tried the voice dictation on FancyTran. The first three or four times it did not work but I tried it one more time speaking more clearly and it worked.
