    you would do a security wipe. Go to settings and choose security and then security wipe. He will lose all data.

    If you want to wipe it all back to factory, type wrong password ten times and that will be done

    Yes it will, but without that password the device is useless.

    Try password recovery from BlackBerry id before wiping device. You'll need access to original email associated with BBid.
