Hey guys! My blackberry Z10 has been malfunctioning for like half a year now and I thought it'd be worth giving a shot to backing up and restoring it. I just backed it up through blackberry link and now i'm confused whether I should click on the "factory reset" button on blackberry link or security wipe in my phone? I am just trying to be extra safe as i've never done this before.

The security wipe will be a little faster , the link is really slow.

    Agreed
Uninstall 3rd party app first will make security wipe faster
