    I tried to factory reset my z10 and its has been on the process for than 10-12 hours and its not yet done...What to do???how to abort the process??

    connect to a pc ,then you have 2 options :1 use an autoloared ,2 open bb link and click reload followed by a 10 sec power button hold down

    I'm having the same problem, I started 14 hours ago and I'm on 97% of the wipe. I managed to work it out, it takes 2 Hours to complete 1%. Any advice on what to do ?
