[CrackBerry Question]

Hi I am facing the issue in BB Z30 front camera not opening as it says the camera can�t be started �.. don�t know what he issue did all the possible ways to get it fixed but not working(rebooted the mob , hard reset , etc but still now use)
i think its all started when i upgraded the software to new version i checked with BBVE also it says BBVE is missing application permission camera what meed to be done to fix the issue pls suggest..

I am unable to get the OS 10.1. version where can i download the software pls provide the link

Which OS are you currently updated to?
Are you running the factory default camera app? Do you have any competing camera apps installed?
To check app permissions open Settings, security and Privacy, application permissions, enable as required in camera app.
To set default camera go to settings, App manager,set default app
