Face10 and insta10 hang

Hi guys

I'm on a passport and use face10 and insta 10

And when I open them, while they open and often during use whatever I try to open next hangs the phone for at 20-30 seconds

So if I'm in insta10 and swip up it will allow it, then if I try to open anything else it hangs

Native app, port, sideload all will hang

Sup with that?

When is the last time you restarted your device? You could just have an excess of cached data, and need to do a restart.
