Export Local calendar

Hi, I think this problem has been brought up before but it didn't seem to get resolved. I have a load of calendar events in my local calendar and I wish to have them on my outlook calendar so I can sync etc. I believe I need to export the calendar from my BlackBerry and then import into outlook online. Outlook only seems to want to accept an ics file. There is an app out these that exports local calendar to an ics file called PIM backup but costs �1.50 so don't really want to pay that for something I'm going to use once. Has anyone got any other suggestions?
