That file needs to be downloaded to your computer and unzipped. Use 7zip to do so.

2876 has a few issues, before loading you might want to search around and see what others are saying.
Why you download this just go in setting > software update > check for update and downland the update....after installtion device will reboot...you will get latest os.....

On 2836 you cant delete android apps...to delegates android app you will need to download android bar file....if you don't know how to install bar file...you can follow this thread.

Don't install it from what I heard it has problems with the android runtime which make you unable to delete android apps
