I've downloaded this app from 1 Mobile Market. I have another apps I have download and they work on my BlackBerry Q10. But this app is giving me the attached error message. The app begins to work then throws this error. Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

Try loading an Android app called "Android Assistant". Check under "tools" to be sure it sees your "Mobile Network" as active. This can sometimes solve the issue.

I get that same error with an app from Snap. Is this caused by lack of Google play services?

There are several Android assistant apps. My question is will this app interfere with my BB Q10? Or can I just use the network part of the app. Thanks for your help.

Looks like those apps require game data (obb files) which Snap can't download. Try to get the app with the original Google Play Store for Blackberry:

It should not interfere with anything, If your network is shown as off (and you know it's really on), then in some cases turning it on with this app simply helps other Android apps "see" the network.
