    Hello. I'm new to blackberry and some of you guys have helped me already with other issues. But now I got an error message on my phone that says this www.error.com/bb10-0015. I looked this error up and I followed directions from blackberry.com. I called their customer services which are clueless and my phone is useless. Should I just forget it and return it?!? The phone won't connect to my computer to reload software because it won't turn off. I have try everything they told me and the phone won't connect to my computer or turn off.

    If they can't help you then i don't think you can do anything but ask them for a replacement.

    Isn't 15 due to an incorrect radio loaded on the device? Should just need to find the correct radio/autoloader and install it.
