    I am trying to purchase an App called pronouncation pro advanced which costs 75pence GBP enter all the card details saved them then go ahead to pay and get a message to say error unable to proceed and even when I select paypal same message. It is important that I can purchase this app as I have someone who has a speech problem and this would be a massive help so anybody out who can help it would be appreciated
