friend gave me her bb playbook, wiped the system, because all her personal stuff was on it, now when it reboots i get an error 132353, cannot activate, how do i fix this? i see no way of talking to bb.

For Activation Errors, trying other Wi-Fi networks was always a suggestion. Or just trying again later.

And not sure if that contact info is even still good, or if they would talk to anyone outside of the warranty period. Especially if you are not the orginal owner.
