Engineering screens possable to lock to ARFCN and PSC on 3G UTRAN?

I have a Bold that allows cell lock on 2G, but wont allow any locking options on 3G.

I need a 3G handset that allows locking to ARFCN and PSC for test calls on new site intergrations, without the risk of the phone handing over whilst making a test call.

I know there are specific SW products that can be purchased for Nokia and Android that allow this, but I would like to check if a newer Blackberry handset than my Bold now has this facility built in.

That's not something I personally have any knowledge of, but i'll give this thread a little bump, hopefully someone with e-screen experience can chime in!
