How can i enable the BBz10 to open ZeroLauncher as soon as the phone powers on? Also I can i enable ZeroLauncher environment be the default environment.

So you only want access to your Android apps? Plus, a non-native launcher will eat through your battery like nobody's business.

It's not an Android device so you're not going to get an alternative launcher to work properly. The Android compatibility was a developer tool that was extended to allow for more apps, nothing more. It sounds like what you need to do is just get an Android handset, there are literally thousands of them to choose from.
