Download emoji pack from BlackBerry world
Make sure you're on OS 10.3.2

This is the way to go, granted it will only work on Android apps then

    1) Download and install any Android keyboard that has built in emoji keyboard
    2) Download Ghost commander from BlackBerry World
    3) Open up Ghost Commander > Applications > Scroll down till you find Settings > Language & input > Enable 'keyboard of choice' > Set 'keyboard of choice' as Default

Yup, exactly, that's the only way to have Emojis with android apps.
