    Have a user with a new Classic...all of a sudden he noticed his emails and text messages are deleting after a week. Cannot see any setting that would cause this. Anyone experienced the same issue....possible solutions. Thanks in advance

    Emails don't delete. The default sync time-frame is 7 days, after that you need to use remote search if you want to find an email.
