[CrackBerry Question]

Hi Team,

User is having a blackberry device in which emails are not synchronizing in subfolder.
We tried moving new mails to subfolder. It works but old emails are still not syncing.
We appreciate your help on this.

Is this a BES account or are you trying to sync a webmail account, which one?

New Phone/New setup or just a new account added on an existing phone or did they just stop?

This is a BES account.
It is just a new phone added to the existing device.

So have you tried to activate this phone onto your BES account?

What has you BES admin done for you? Normally they have to send you an activation code....
