    Hi all!

    I've had this issue for so long now and it's finally time to ask for help!

    I open the email and for about a minute, it spins. After the minute I then get the error 'message cannot be downloaded.'

    Pleaaasseeeee help!

    I've done a full reset, reboot, tried other email addresses and the same problem happens.

    I'm using - Z30STA100-2/10.3.1.2582

    I've done that. This issue has happened since 10.1. I have no idea why .

    Have you tried these settings?

    Email settings for addresses ending in @ntlworld.com

    I've checked all of the settings and they all match. Sadly, the same problem still happens.
