Traveling on biz in Singapore, and this morning I wake up to find my hub empty of all emails.

New emails are coming in, but all historical email just gone.

What the hell BlackBerry??

Have you check to see if you accidentally pinched to see only priority mail? (new items only)

Thanks for suggestion. Yes, I've tried that.

New email still coming in, but every email prior to about 8 hours ago is just gone.

BBM, text and Whatsapp message history still there, but emails gone. 5 different email accounts, all different providers from Yahoo to Gmail to corporate email... all gone.

What's your retention setting for email accounts

Can vary from forever to only 30 days

Happened to me numerous times, you need to delete the account from the account settings and re-add it and it should re-sync up....a bit of a hassle but other phones do these kinds of weird things as well...

I've used a BlackBerry for 13 years and never seen such a problem before.

you were apart of the lucky batch and didnt waste time having to do this...ive used bb since 2004 and it has happened many times...its all good though...
